The legend of the "white buffalo woman"

Here I write about the story of the "white buffalo woman" as it was told to me decades ago.

This story was the deciding factor in my life changing completely once again. Fortunately, for the better.

An Earth Mother Goddess in human form sat down at our table. This happened during our lunch break on our first shamanic journey.

At that time, I knew nothing about buffalo or shamanism, and I hadn't yet traveled to the United States. Likewise, the Native Americans seemed distant and rather foreign to me.
